Brooks Wright is a certified residential appraiser. His experience includes preparing assignments on both single family properties and complex residential properties including large acreage tracts, condominium, waterfront and historic properties.

Prior to establishing Sea Island Appraisals, Brooks was an appraiser for a local appraisal firm in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. He also has over ten years of mortgage lending experience as a mortgage loan originator and an owner of a boutique mortgage company in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. He is a 2001 graduate of Clemson University. Brooks is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a licensed real estate broker and the Broker-In-Charge of Village Real Estate Services, LLC.
